What is a life Coach?
My one question to my clients is, when was the last time you had someone focus entirely on you, to help you get what you really want? A professional Life Coach will help you reach your goals in every area of your life. A certified Life Coach helps you find focus, identify your goals, track your progress, as you stay motivated along the way. A Life Coach helps with your long range goals, as well as your monthly, weekly, and daily goals.
How does coaching work?
We will meet once a week, by phone, for a one on one conference, usually 45 minutes a session. In each phone conference you'll plan and review, together, each of your "focus goals" and action areas. In each session, you'll also receive support and guidance in creating the right attitudes and motivation in the areas that you want to work on most. In addition to the weekly phone conferences, you'll also communicate by e-mail, so you'll have help and support throughout the week. I can also arrange to call you, to save on the extra phone charge.
What is Professional Accountability Coaching Program?
This program is for the Professional who needs a life coach to help them with their public and private lives. This type of coaching is intense and very proactive, if you want to succeed you have to be an active participant. As your life coach, I will walk you through the process, step by step to assure you that you can take control of your life and be successful in your marriage/relationships and work.
Many lose sight of their personal and professional responsibilities placed on them. While some of us make bad choices, even smart people do dumb things, emotions get in the way of logical thinking, Assumptions, Carelessness or Over-Confidence, fear, and your ego can get in the way.
My job as your Professional Accountability Partner is to help you sort out what is good or bad for you. How many times do we read about colleagues in the local paper or hear about them on television or radio stations, because of their mismanaged marriages and jobs? How embarrassing can that be?
How many people have you personally known watch their lives spiral out of control, and not have anyone turn to? They suffer in silence, not knowing what to do.
What is Confession Coaching?
Do you have a secret that is burning and tearing you up? Did you do something you're not proud of and are ashamed? Want to confess it, but can't share your secret with friends & family, because it’s so bad? You're not alone; millions of people live with past guilt. They live in the past and cannot focus on the future, because of something they did will not allow them to move on! People who are carrying the burden of painful secrets also find confession beneficial. Confession Coaching is an amazing tool to help unburden you with your past life's mistakes. Have you hurt someone and you are now living with the guilt associated with that person or event. Most of the people I work with feel better when they can talk to someone and know that they will not be judged or condemned for sharing their deepest dark secrets. Confession Coaching is a amazing tool that helps people rid themselves of guilt. Usually one session takes care of the problem.

What are your fees and policy information?
Life coaching services can be customized to fit your needs, as cost will vary with the amount of time you need with me as your life coach. In addition, online/phone Life Coaching is affordable, accessible, anonymous, and available by appointment, from the privacy of your own home. Avoid the travel and time it takes to go to a Life Coach office. Since you never have to leave the comfort of your own home to meet with your Life Coach, anonymity and privacy is completely secured.
Individual Life Coaching Fees:
1 on 1 coaching services with me start at 4 sessions for $450, one call and 2 e-mails per week for one month. For a total of 4 calls and 8 e-mails per month.
Professional Accountability Program:
This is for professionals who will benefit from more frequent and longer calls. This program is for Athletes, Doctors, Lawyers, Corporate executives or upgrades, 1 on 1 coaching services with me start at $950 base, 2 calls per week for one month. For a total of 8 calls per month.
Additional calls @ $125 per 1 hour.
20 calls $2,500 per month
30 calls $3,370 per month
Confession Coaching fee's:
$125 per call, 1 hour
Cyber Coaching:
Cyber coaching allows for more flexibility via your e-mail. Your e-mails can be sent 24/7 and will receive a response within one business day.
The same process for goal setting, accountability, and resources are included in the flexible process.
Advantages: Very effective for working on the bigger picture issues and allows for more immediate response to opportunities as they present themselves.
The cost for unlimited e-mail coaching is $350 per month with a minimum 2 month commitment.
The payment process for Life Coaching is prepaid, 30 days in advance through PayPal. I encourage my clients to plan and commit to 3 months of Life Coaching, many will continue with Life Coaching well after the 3 months, as they find that it helps them and they are enjoying the benefits of successful living and their goals being achieved.
In addition, all payments via Pay Pal platform are transmitted over a secure connection. Applicable Solutions Services uses the secure protocol card transmittal, which provides the highest level of security.
